Your custom plush toys are made from design till delivery in seven steps
Step 1
Design. First step is the design. You can create a character together with Promo Bears or you can send in your own design. We make a proposal production design. In this design you can see how your plush toy will look.
Before we make the production design we would like to hear from you if our offer matches your needs. If so we make the production design without obligations and free of charge.
Step 2
Prototyp. You receive an invoice of EUR 250,-. This is a deposit and will be credited to your account when production starts. Based on the approved production design our sample room makes the prototyp. You receive photos by mail with updates. You can discuss feedback, if any, with your projectmanager. When you are fully satisfied with your plush toy prototyp on pictures, we will send the prototyp to your office. Delivery time: aprox. 3 to 4 weeks.
Step 3
You receive the prototyp together with our quotation. We will contact to discuss the next step. As soon as you are fully satisfied with the prototyp we can arrange the formalities and start with production.
Ordering a prototyp is always without any further obligations. We have full confident our prototyp will meet or exceed your expectations. You are free to say no to the final order.
Step 4
When you are fully satisfied with the prototyp, you can sign our quotation. When we receive your signed quotation we will send you the first invoice (50 percent deposit + Lab testing costs). When we receive the payment of the first invoice we will start production.
Step 5
According to the signed quotation your plush toys will be produced. Simultanous with production your plush toys will be tested for EN 71- 1.2.3 safety standards. When the plush toys are ready (production takes about 8 weeks), we will update you. Your plush toys will be shipped to the Netherlands. We will inform you on the expected delivery date.
Step 6
We receive your plush toys at our head office in the Netherlands. We execute a last quality check and add the CE Testreport to your shipment. We forward your plush toys to your desired delivery adress in the UK.
Step 7
After you received the plush toys, we will send you the final invoice (50 percent minus prototyp deposit of EUR 250,-). We ask you to transfer the invoice within 14 days.
