Promo Bears is specialised in designing and producing high quality custom made plush. We make many different products based on plush. Our leading product is plush toys, also called stuffed toys or stuffed animals.

Design

Based on your design we can make a plush toy Production design >> In the production design we make a front- and side view of your character. Based on this design you can see how your plush toy will look and our production knows how to make it.

Prototype plush toy

The first step is to make a sample plush toy, a prototype. Based on your design and other requirements we make a production design for approval. Based on the approved production design we create the prototype. You receive the plush toy at your office, so you can judge the quality and expression. Investment: £ 200,-. Delivery time: 4 weeks.
The investment in the prototype is a deposit and will be credited to your account when production starts. After receiving the prototype you are free to choose if and if yes, which quantity you want to manufacture.

CE Testreport

Promo Bears plush toys pass the EN 71 1.2.3 safety standards. This makes your plush toys guaranteed safe. We can test your plush toys separate. For £ 500 your plush toy will be tested conform EN 71 1.2.3. norms. For an example of a test report click here >>

Delivery time

After development and approval of the prototype(4 weeks), the delivery time is approx. 13 weeks. The steps and duration are:

5 weeks tranportation with ship* and road
* We can lower the transport time by transporting your order or a part of your order by airplane. Transport by air takes approx 1 week instead of 4 weeks by ship. The investment will increase. Based on your project we can inform you on prices.

Investment

The investment per plush toy depends on various factors: desired size and volume, complexity and the number of plush toys. When your prototype is finished you receive a quotation for the desired quantity. For a price indication, please see below.

All plush toys can be made with a string, suction nap or key chain. Your plush toys are individually packed in a plastic bag.
