1. What is the price for my custom plush toys?
Prices for your custom plush toys depend on: size, complexity design, volume and quantity. Please see on our product page for our price range indication of three different sizes. We guarantee that your plush toy will always fit in this price range. We can quote you the specific price for your plush toy when we have made the prototype together.
2. Are there any additional costs?
No. Prices on our website include: sea transport and door delivery (in United Kingdom), production design, sewn in label and standard packaging (plush toys are individually packed in a plastic bag and in carton boxes). Before we start production we discuss all your individual wishes. When you want your plush toys transported by air to save delivery time, we will include this in our final quotation. There will be no surprises.
3. What is the minimum order quantity?
1,000 pieces. 1,000 plush toys is a good starting quantity. With this quantity we can offer you our high quality plush toys and reliable processes at reasonable prices.
4. What is the delivery time for my project?
About 13 weeks after approval of the prototype. Production time is 8 weeks and sea transport plus road transport to your address is about 5 weeks. You can also choose transport by air for all or for a part of your order. Transport by air takes about 10 days. This way you can fasten delivery. Prices on our site include sea transport. Based on your wishes on transport we can inform you with a tailored solution and inform you about the extra costs.
5. Are all plush toys safe for children?
Yes. All our plush toys are delivered with the CE mark and meet or exceed EN 71- 1.2.3. safety norms. When you want a test report with your order we can individually test your custom plush toy for a price of £ 500. We add the test report to your order. For a CE Test file example click here >>
6. Which factors are important when selecting a custom plush toy partner?
General factors you can consider are: quality, safety, work in the past, client references, prototype, delivery time and pricing. When you have doubts which supplier will be best, we advice you to order a prototype/sample at the top two companies on your list. When you make a sample you will find out how the companies work and you can judge quality. A prototype at Promo Bears will cost you only £ 200.
7. What do I need to do to get started ?
Contact us by mail or phone to get started. First step is making a prototype. We will do everything possible to meet or exceed your imagination of your custom plush toy in the prototype. Based on your design and other wishes we will make a production design for approval. When you are fully satisfied with the design, you order the prototype. You will receive our invoice of £ 200. When we receive your payment the prototype will be finished within 3-4 weeks. You receive the prototype at your office so you can feel your plush toy and judge our high quality.
8. Do I have to pay a fee for the development of a character for my plush toy?
Yes and No. When you have a character we make a free production design. When you don't have a character we can design your character. We ask for £ 150 for character development. When you order plush toys based on the design, the £ 150 will be credited to your account.
9. Can I have my company name or logo on my custom plush?
Yes. We can add your logo on your plush toys in various ways. We can make your logo on the t-shirt/belly/feet of your toy by silk screening or embroidery. All of these details will be discussed during the prototype stage. Furthermore every Promo Bears plush toy comes with a personalised sewn in label. We can print your company logo and/or url and/or character name on the label.
10. Where are my plush toys produced?
China. All plush toy orders and plush toy samples are made in China. We work together with a state of the art sample room and production facility. Our head office is located in the Netherlands. At our head office you will find our sales team and designer.
