1. Where can I use my mascot costume?
You can use your mascot costume as the representative for your organisation. Use your mascot in your animation programme for your guests or use your mascot to entertain your audience during the half time break of your soccer match. Mascots can be used at various places: shopping malls, trade shows, events, exhibitions, restaurants, sport events, etc.
2. How mobile is the performer, wearing the mascot?
You can use your mascot costume as the representative for your organisation. Mascots can be used at various places: shopping malls, trade shows, events, exhibitions, restaurants, sport events, etc.
3. What size do they come in?
Your mascot costume is custom made and can be produced in any size. Our standard size will fit a person between 1.75 and 1.85 meters. If you have a specific performer which is for example 2.10 meter or 1.60 meter, we will make the mascot fit that person.
4. How can I maintain the mascot?
Maintenance is very important for the durability of your mascot. Every Promo Bears mascot costume is delivered with a maintenance manual. After a performance first hang out the mascot costume in a ventilating space, to dry. Regularly give your mascot costume following maintenance; washing, brushing and removing stains (with a color-fixed spot remover) also regularly check your mascot costume on damages. Repair any damage as soon as possible to prevent the damage to get worse. We advice to wash your mascot by hand and not with machine. Never dry by using a spin-dryer machine.
5. How long do the mascots last?
As mentioned above, maintenance is very important. Depending on the intensity of usage our mascots can last as long as 10 years. When your mascot needs replacement of certain parts (like shoes or hands) you can simply order them at Promo Bears.
6. What factors are important for selecting a partner to realise my custom mascot costume?
The evaluation of the factors are very dependent from your individual requirements. General factors which can be considered are: correct realisation from the design to the final product, quality, price, influence during production, delivery time and customer service.
7. Which accessories are included?
Every mascot comes along with: carry bag, drink reservoir, build in fan in the head and performer and maintenance manual.
8. What kind of guarantee does Promo Bears provide?
We offer a two year guarantee on production errors.
9. Do I have to pay a fee for the development of costume design artwork?
No. We offer costume design artwork for free if you create a mascot with Promo Bears. When you are only interested in creating a character, without ordering a mascot costume, plush toys or 2D Give Aways, please contact us for pricing.
