In six steps your character is transformed from an idea to a character on paper. The process happens as follows:
Step 1:
Discussing your wishes and demands. We are interested in your ideas. Please give us as much details about the demanded character as possible. For us the following questions are important:
How do you want to use your character (as trademark or as a mascot and/or plush toys)
Which kind of character do you wish? (animal? Human? fantasy character? And if an animal, which animal?)
Which attitudes shall the character transmit? (happy, sporty, proud, strong, fast, etc.)
Which colours should be used? (eg. Your company's colours)
Do you wishes certain accessories like cap, clothes, soccer shoes ?
Would you like to use particular prints ? (logo, slogan, website)
Step 2:
Quotation and invoice. If you purchase a character in order to use it as a trademark, then you will receive an invoice of £ 150. In case you create the character to order a mascot or plush toys later on, you will get a discount of £ 150 on your order.
Step 3:
Design drafts. As soon as we receive your payment we will start with the creation of your character. Within 2 weeks you will receive 4 design drafts. In this process we try to vary within your ideas as much as possible.
Step 4:
Development until the final design. We ask you to take a critical look on the design drafts. Feedback is always welcome. Together we will discuss the feedback and improve your character. We either create a new character or develop and improve one of the 4 designs. The process is just finished when you are fully satisfied.
Step 5:
Character development for mascots and/or plush toys
If you decide for one character we will create a production design based on this character. You will then receive a quotation for the production of your mascot and/or your plush toys. Within the offer we will refund the £ 150. As soon as you are satisfied with the quotation and the production design the manufacturing starts. You can purchase the intellectual property rights for £ 250.
Character development for trademark
If you approve of our final design you will receive a quotation for the amount of £ 350. As soon as we receive the payment we will send you the design as .eps, .jpg, .png and .pdf file. Moreover you receive a contract stating that the intellectual property rights belong to your company. If you will order a mascot and/or plush toys based on the character later on, we can offer you a discount of £ 150.
Step 6:
Now it is time to make your character popular. For this we can support you with character illustrations, mascot costumes, plush toys and 2D Give Aways based on the production design.
